Claim missing miles

Claiming missing miles with Etihad Guest is simple and easy. New members can claim missing miles for flights up to 3 months prior to their date of enrollment and existing members can claim their missing mile within 6 months from the date of activity.

If you have not automatically accrued your miles due to any reason, please follow the simple steps below, depending on the type of your retro claim.

Air Seychelles Flights

Simply send a copy of your boarding pass along with the details below to missingmiles@airseychelles.com.

Non-Air Partners

If you find that any transactions with non-air partners are missing from your statement, kindly contact the partner concerned within six months of the transaction date.

Note: Non-air partners are not eligible for retro claims made up to 3 months prior to enrollment.
