Damaged Baggage Claims
We, at Air Seychelles endeavour to ensure that your baggage is not damaged whilst in our care.
Passengers must inspect their baggage before leaving the Arrival Hall.
For damaged baggage, passengers must report to the mishandling baggage counter situated in the airports’ Arrival Halls. Failure to report before leaving the Arrival Hall will result in Air Seychelles not entertaining any claims put forward.
The Air Seychelles representative will carry out all formalities and will assess to see whether your baggage can be replaced, repaired or compensated for. All other claims must be submitted by filling the claim form with the following attached: - Copy of airline ticket
- Check-in stub
- Receipts of any expenses
