Each claim concerning operational irregularities, such as delays and overbookings must be submitted in writing to the After Sales Department who will consider it with the utmost attention and promptness.
The claim must be sent together with:
- Copy of airline ticket
- Check-in stub
- Receipts of any expenses

If your baggage is delayed please contact the mishandling agent in the Arrival Hall before leaving the airport.
The agent will fill in the relevant document, of which you will be given a copy of, together with your reference number which you will need to quote when making enquiries about your baggage.
The baggage will be declared lost after a period of 45 days and Air Seychelles will offer you compensation at the rate of US$20 per kilo multiplied by the weight of your baggage at the time of check-in.
