Operations Business Analyst | - Responsible for maintaining an updated tracker of all operations’ contracts and ensuring compliance with the procurement policy.

Human Resources Manager | - Respond to inquiries regarding HR-related policies, procedures, and programs. Advise managers and provide guidance on HR policy and procedures.
- Work in close partnership with senior management to prepare and implement HR strategy.
- Design and work across HR projects.
- Oversee the recruitment process. Support managers and team leaders on all workforce resourcing matters from advertising vacancies to interviewing and induction.
- Handle staff matters related to staff benefit, compensation, leave, staff movement and staff discipline.
- Support the business area with discipline/grievances and other employee issues. Represent the organisation at personnel-related hearings and investigations. Defend and uphold the company’s interest when representing the airline before the Industrial Tribunal. Advise management regarding appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.
| - Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management

Chief Commercial Officer | - Develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve operational pricing strategies.
- Establish and track performance of market-level inventory strategies, with the goal of identifying and exploiting revenue opportunities in a highly competitive pricing environment.
- Analyse market forces such as passenger demand and other macroeconomic conditions and competitive forces impacting the network.
- Monitor competitor route and pricing strategies to formulate and adjust Air Seychelles’ competitive strategy.
- Understand the unique political and economic circumstances of the Seychelles and adapt pricing and revenue strategy accordingly.
- Develop, implement, and maintain proper policies and processes for sales and revenue management. Ensure that the relevant policies support the commercial requirements of the business.
- Constantly create and evolve a comprehensive network schedule, utilising the assets to maximum revenue potential.
- Develop the airline’s ACMI & Charter business via a wide range of industry contacts and connections.

- Significant hands-on experience with airline pricing and yield management tools, yield forecasting techniques and general airline economic data.
- Detailed knowledge of distribution channels required, including experience in GDS and E-Commerce.

Head of Crew Training | - Responsible for establishing the necessary conditions with regards to the organisation, personnel and procedures as required by the authorities to ensure operational safety and security and to attain maximum reliability by making optimal use of the available operations personnel resources, facilities, equipment and material.
- Accountable to ensure the compliance with company procedures and local regulations to ensure operational safety and security is maintained.
- Lead and drive regular reviews of safety, security and service performance to identify non-compliance, undesirable trends and drive compliance with company and regulatory requirements and targets.
- Accountable for short and long-term crew training department finance, budget, and resource planning.
- Responsible for efficient management of resources and deployment.
- Organising and completing the training necessary for the crew to acquire and maintain their legal licenses and qualifications.
- Organising and completing the recurrent training and testing necessary for the crew to continue to maintain competency.
| - Current Type Rating Instructor/ Examiner on the type operated under the AOC and must satisfy the requirements below.
- 8 years experience as a Captain on type.
- 5 years as an instructor or examiner on type or variant.
- 5 years relevant work experience of which at least two years should be from the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position.
- A thorough knowledge of the AOC holder’s crew training concept for Flight
- Crew and for Cabin Crew when relevant.
- Practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of EASA Air Ops, EASA Part FCL, Seychelles regulations and any associated requirements and procedures.
- The AOC holder’s Operations Specifications.
- The need for, and content of, the relevant parts of the AOC holder’s Operations Manual.
