Air Seychelles has strengthened its presence and operations in France with the appointment of AVIAREPS as its General Sales Agent (GSA).

AVIAREPS has more than 20 years’ experience in the commercial aviation sector and will work closely with Air Seychelles to develop its presence in the French market and provide sales, ticketing and customer service support.

The team representing Air Seychelles is headed by Gilles Gosselin, AVIAREPS’ General Manager France, who has extensive knowledge of the French tourism market and a strong background in aviation.

Prior to joining AVIAREPS in 2012, Mr Gosselin held a senior position with Air Seychelles, where he was responsible for operations in France and Europe. Before that he spent 13 years in various roles at Corsair, the French airline operating out of Paris Orly airport.

Manoj Papa, Chief Executive Officer of Air Seychelles, said: “We are pleased to appoint AVIAREPS, a company with a proven track record in the aviation industry, as our representative in France.

“This appointment has come in preparation for our upcoming non-stop flights to Paris, which will provide business and leisure travellers with convenient access to Seychelles three times a week.

“We look forward to working closely with AVIAREPS to better serve our guests, enhance our ties with the French travel trade and strengthen sales in this strategic market.”

“AVIAREPS will work with Air Seychelles to tap into the strong travel demand to Seychelles and enhance its brand presence as it launches non-stop services to Charles de Gaulle.”
