Air Seychelles is advising all passengers travelling at the Seychelles International Airport during the festive season as from 15 December, 2019 until 15 January, 2020 to arrive at the airport at least three hours before their flight.

For a smooth travel experience, passengers are encouraged to use the online check-in platform via airseychelles.com. For international flights, online check-in is available from 24 hours up to two hours before departure. For domestic flights, from 24 hours up to one hour before departure. Guests may also choose their seat and print their boarding passes.

To avoid delay in the long queues, please ensure that both check-in and carry-on luggage meets the size and weight requirements policy of the airline which includes 30kg in Economy and 40kg in Business Class.

For passengers travelling between Seychelles and Mauritius, the baggage structure will remain based on the number of bags checked-in instead of the total weight. Passengers travelling in Business Class are entitled to 2x pieces of checked baggage of 32kg each, in addition to 12kg of hand luggage allowance. Economy Class guests are entitled to 2x pieces of checked baggage weighing 20kg each, with 7kg of hand luggage allowance.

Guests travelling on other carriers handled by Air Seychelles are advised to adopt the same practice for further ease of travel during the peak period.
