Qualifications and skills
- ‘A’ Levels and a minimum Grade C in IGCSE English and Mathematics*.
- At least 2 to 4 years of airlines flight operational and commercial activities exposure*.
- Sufficient working knowledge of Operations/Crew Control Systems – Knowledge of PDC applications an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication and influencing skills.
- Highly-organised with the ability to efficiently work under
- Pressure and under stressful conditions.
- Analytical, proactive and disciplined.
- Able to work flexible hours.

Summary
- Abide to all references of quality and/or standards that are laid out in different areas of service provision that meet the safety, operational and commercial objectives of the airline.
- Ensure that Air Seychelles has a full complement of qualified crewmembers for its flights and call up replacements in the event of absences.•Liaise and coordinate with the Operations Control team and monitor operational flights to ensure any potential disruptions to the schedule and Flight Duty Period are identified in advance and dealt with in a timely manner to avoid flight disruptions.
- Ensure that crew members are issued with the correct documentation, notifying outstations and hotels of crew lists, allowances and booking adhoc transport.
- Ensure that all crew flying records are kept in accordance with the Air Seychelles Operations Manual.
- Responsible for construction of monthly Pilot (i.e.Domestic/International) and cabin crew rosters to cover the required flying programme in accordance with the Flight Time limitation schemes.
- Coordinate with Training Department of any training disruption that may occur during operational window.
N.B: The Company will provide on-the-job training as applicable.
