Cargo Agent Flight Handling Import and Export 
  • Responsible for meeting inbound flights, handling of documents, and verification of inbound freight, manifest and Airway Bills for all commodity types of cargo.
  • Check that all import and export shipments, including post office mail, are safely and correctly stored in the warehouse and ensure that the formality for storage is in compliance with the Air Seychelles cargo operations manual.
  • Accept cargo for air carriage and prepare the required documentation for shipment, ensuring that the same is ready as stipulated in the Air Seychelles Cargo Operations’ manual.
  • Prepare load for respective flights as specified in the Air Seychelles Cargo operations manual and deliver NOTOC in good time to the Load Control Agent.
  • Notify consignees upon arrival of consignments as required.
  • Monitor undelivered or rejected consignments. Apply storage charge as necessary. Notify the line manager if consignment is not cleared within the allocated time.
  • Ensure that cash and other modes of payments as authorized by Air Seychelles are correctly and accurately handled and tallied with the receipts at the end of each working day, and report any irregularities immediately to the line manager.
  • Graduate of a post-secondary institution with IGCSE/O Level, Math, and English.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in a similar role.
  • Must be honest & trustworthy and able to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Must be able to work within tight schedules, during weekends and public holidays.

Cargo Agent Warehouse 
  • Ensure that inbound/ outbound cargo stored in the warehouse is in compliance with the HM Cargo Manual, IATA TACT Rules & requirements of applicable authorities, country regulations, including safety & security measures.
  • Check that outbound/inbound consignments including Air Mail Cargo are safely & correctly stored in the warehouse; ensuring that formality for storage is in compliance with the HM Cargo Manual.

Catering Operations Officer
  • Perform flight checks on HM flights departing Seychelles, interacting with Cabin Crew and completing the Flight Check document accordingly. To follow up and communicate any issues noted with the relevant stakeholders within the business.
  • Follow up with the network caterers to ensure that they provide accurate and timely monthly equipment returns. To review the data provided to ensure that equipment par levels are maintained and to take action regarding equipment shortfalls and excesses.
  • Ensure that the airline’s policies for equipment supplies are carried out in accordance with airline processes and to liaise with network caterers to ensure they understand and fulfill their obligations with regards to equipment control.
  • Manage the utilization through the catering network of high-value Cabin Appearance Materials – specifically “Y” class blankets, “J” class duvets, headrest covers, and pillowcases. To also manage and monitor the utilization of all other Cabin Appearance Materials.
  • Perform random checks on outbound flights covering products to ensure that Air Seychelles standards are adhered to. To subsequently identify any issues and provide appropriate feedback to the caterer and line manager.
  • Manage the packing of inflight beverages, dry stores and amenities for all HM flights and ensure all items are packed according to Galley Loading Plan for respective flight.
  • Graduate of a post-secondary institution with IGCSE/O-Level certificates in English and Maths.
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in a related/similar role.
  • Must be a people person and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written and a good team player.
  • Proactive in dealing with third parties and colleagues and is able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Computer literate: to competently use the MS Office Suite of products.
Guest Contact Center Officer
  • Attend customers promptly and efficiently with flight bookings and enquiries made in person, by telephone via our call center, or email whilst offering first class customer service to ensure positive travel experience.
  • Act as primary contact to customers traveling on Air Seychelles flights and on domestic and international routes, and with other airlines.
  • Provide support for online booking for domestic and international travel based on reservations and issue tickets accordingly. Plan routes, itineraries and compute fares and fees.
  • Manager Reservations queues on a daily basis and maintains each queue to under 10 a day.
  • When assigned to Web Email duties: respond to any Web email queries as per the approved Service Level Agreements; priorities in “rescuing” online bookings as priority duty; respond to any emails accordingly.
  • When assigned to Call Center: to meet all Air Seychelles customer service standards in phone answering conversation management and information delivery;
  • When assigned to Front Line desk duties: to meet the Air Seychelles standard in staff presentation, office presentation and courtesy protocols
  • Graduate of a post-secondary institution with IGCSE/O Level, Math and English.

Revenue Management Analyst
  • Actively review fares and inventory while taking pricing decisions in close liaison with the Sales team, and ensure system consistency and punctual update.
  • Commercially evaluate group requests from Air Seychelles sales team for confirmation of group’s space on HM flights. Ensure Sales Compliance with Revenue Management policies relating to payment of group deposits and ticketing, and continually monitor group materialisation performance, and flag poor performance.
  • Perform quality check of fares in the system and file fares with accuracy.
  • Implement, track and report on any pricing activities that are carried out by Air Seychelles and come up with recommendations for the performance of each market for future analysis and learnings.
  • Utilise a range of Revenue Management Data to perform an economic evaluation of group requests for group space on HM flights, and ensure turn around within 48 hours or less.
  •  Conduct changes to the schedule, and testing to partners required to the codeshare network on an ad-hoc basis where necessary.
  • Graduate of a post-secondary institution with ‘A’ levels in Math and English.
  • Minimum 4 years work experience in a related/similar role.

  • Analytical, presentation and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
