Rebook and Refund Policy

Seychelles has re-opened its borders for international commercial flights effective 1 August, 2020 with guidelines to be strictly followed by passengers, as set by the local Department of Health. For more information please click on the following link: Entry to Seychelles.

Rebook and Refund Policy

FLIGHTS AFFECTED AS OF 1 MARCH, 2020 AND TICKETS ISSUED BEFORE 1 AUGUST, 2020

If you are in possession of an Air Seychelles ticket and your flights has been cancelled, you have the possibility to:

  • Change your date for free for travel up to 31 December, 2021[1]
  • Rebook your travel to any destination on the Air Seychelles network[2]
  • Transfer your ticket to another passenger at USD 100
  • Request a refund for your ticket. Refunds may take up to 6 months to process

Note:
[1] Date changes are only permitted more than 3 days to departure. This will be waived should you test positive for COVID-19 or are unable to travel due to COVID-19 related restrictions in the last 3 days prior to departure. You will need to provide proof and documentation of applicable restrictions/certification.
[2] Air Seychelles will not charge reissuance fees, only applicable fare differences.
[3] Refund requests can be submitted 7 days to departure if you test positive for COVID-19 or are unable to travel due to COVID-19 related health restrictions.
