Important notice

Before making an online booking using this site please read carefully our terms and conditions outlined below. Any bookings made through Air Seychelles website constitute a binding agreement signifying your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Web bookings

You may book your flight on the website as a “Guest” without filling in the registration form. Flights can only be booked within 72 hours of intended travel date.  Payment will need to be completed at the end of the transaction.

Issues with web bookings / Online Payments

If you receive an error message whilst making a web booking, please provide the following details when contacting Air Seychelles:

  • Name of  of the  traveller/s
  • Booking reference (either the PNR or the web reference)
  • Payment Reference (receipt)

Making an online booking

When making an online booking, please ensure that you fill in the ‘Traveller’s Detail’ form with  the correct name (as stated in your passport), an e-mail address and telephone numbers at both your origin and destination.  This information will help us contact you in the case of a schedule change or  flight cancellation.

Use of Credit Card

We accept the following credit cards: Visa (Debit and Credit card), MasterCard (Debit and Credit cards) and Carte Bleue. In order to complete a successful booking the card holder must be one of the passengers. Your card will be debited after you click on “Yes, I confirm my order” button and  will be charged in Euro. The fare quoted will be converted into Euro. This can be altered in pricing depending on the exchange rate of your bank.

Please ensure that the credit card used is in the name of the lead traveller or one of the passengers in the same booking and the same card must be carried at the time of travel. It will be required for verification upon check-in.

Authorization to use your credit card number for payment indicates your compliance with our online booking terms and conditions.

Third party purchases online

It is required that third party purchasers have all the same surname as the ticket recipient or to accompany the ticket recipient during travel. If this not possible, the payment will be declined by the system and no ticket will be issued to the purchaser. Should this happen, the guest will need to follow the authenticity verification procedures below. If the verification process requirements have been met the airline will authorise the itinerary of the passenger. This will allow the guest to travel without the presence of the credit card holder.

Submit the following documents to comply with 3rd party bookings to: webinfo@airseychelles.com

  • Copy (both sides) of the credit card used to purchase the ticket
  • Copy of the card holder’s passport, national identity card or driving license
  • A letter to state that you have authorized the use of your credit card to purchase the ticket(s).

Customer documents

After completing a successful online booking, you will receive two e-mails.  The first email will include your payment receipt. The second e-mail will include your e-ticket which will need to be printed out and presented at check-in along with your passport. These emails will be sent to your e-mail account that you provided when you made the booking. If you don’t receive any emails, please contact our web services centre.

Booking for groups and unaccompanied minors

You may book for a maximum of 8 adults per booking. You may as well book flights for 8 adults and children (2-11 years old) plus one infant (0-23 months old) per adult passenger. You cannot book for children or infants only without an adult passenger. To book flights and make arrangements for unaccompanied minors please contact your local sales office/GSA.

Stopovers

Depending on your destination, please be aware that certain flights could include a stop-over in Rome, Milan or Chennai. Please refer to our timetable for more information.

Flight Reconfirmation

Flight schedules may be subject to change without notice.If there is a change in the flight schedule or a flight cancellation, an email will be sent to you during working days (Secyhelles time- GMT+4).Aside from working days and/or if you are not able to access your emails, we strongly recommend that you check your flight schedule before departure.

Cancellations and NO-SHOWS

Should you want to cancel or change your online booking at anytime please send your request to our web services centre. Note that cancellations/changes are subject to the web fare rule that you agreed to when you confirmed the booking.
