Qualifications and skills
- Post-secondary graduate with IGCSE qualification in English, French and Mathematics.
- Excellent customer service skills/ awareness
- Fluency in English and French highly desirable – any other foreign language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills – proficient in handling angry/ upset passengers whilst keeping a professional composure.
- Proactive with a positive ‘can do’ approach.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work well in a team.
- A pleasant disposition with impeccable grooming.
- Prepared to work odd hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Summary
- Provide outstanding customer services to all guests.
- Perform essential passenger handling tasks e.g. Check travel documents, allocate seats, weigh and label luggage etc.
- Conduct boarding functions.
- Provide extra assistance to passengers with special or specific needs.
- Handling customer queries with promptness and effectiveness.
- Compile data and complete relevant documentation.
- Liaise with relevant personnel in the event of delays for both schedule and ad-hoc flights.
- Make hotel bookings in respect of delayed passengers.
- Assist with mishandled baggage when required.
