Standard rates are applicable for all commercial passengers accessing the lounge, group and family rates can be quoted upon request. For private jet operations the basic Ground Handling charges is inclusive of two free VIP lounge access both upon arrival as well as departure, following which the standard rate will be applicable for all other passengers.
Since the Fixed Base Operation is airside all VIP’s receiving/farewell parties requires airside access approvals and Air Seychelles VIP team will coordinate with SCAA on all required approvals. In order to obtain the necessary approvals, we require the below information at least 24 hours prior to the estimated time of arrival of departure (ETA/ETD).
The drivers and the vehicles will be screened at the VIP security gate for all arrival and departures. The following details should be submitted in advance:
- Passenger Name/s
- Receiving party/farewell party name
- Vehicle details (Registration number)
- Driver Name and National Identity Number (NIN)
