Air Seychelles renews its support for the 24th Creole Festival
Victoria , August 19th 2009 – Air Seychelles has once again renewed its support for the Creole Festival through the sponsorship of ten international tickets valued at Rs 100,000 to fly in artists from other Creole-speaking countries to participate in this year’s festival being held in Seychelles from October 24th to 31st 2009.
The sponsorship agreement was signed between Air Seychelles’ Executive Chairman, Captain David Savy and the chairperson of the Creole Festival Organising Committee, Minister Vincent Meriton in a ceremony held at the Creole Spirit Building today.
Launched 24 years ago as an annual cultural manifestation to promote the Creole culture and identity of our Creole nation, Air Seychelles has always been a keen supporter of the event since its inception.
