Qualifications and skills

•Post-secondary graduate with qualification at IGCSE level as a minimum qualification, in English and Mathematics, or the equivalent education.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Supervisory/Equipment Operators role in Ground Services industry
•Good understanding of safety and airside rules.
•Committed to customer service excellence.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
•Good computer literacy.
•High level of integrity.
•Self-driven, confident decisive and proactive.
•Possesses a suitable driving license and a good driving record, with training or certificate required by law or regulation to complete assigned tasks
•Organized with ability to work competently under pressure.
•Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, determined and result-oriented.
•Able to work in adverse weather conditions.
•A team player.

Air Seychelles is in search of Turnaround Coordinators to lead and supervise a turnaround team and conduct all required functions involved in the allocated turnarounds for
their shift in compliance to all company and airline policies, procedures and regulations.

•Ensure that all partners involved arrive on time for their function to achieve safe and on-time departure.
•Allocate tasks to the team for the arrival / departure of aircraft, ensuring that only adequately trained, qualified and authorized personnel carry out skilled functions.
•Responsible to ensure all equipment are safely operated on the ramp and in adherence to Company Safety Procedures.
•Responsible to ensure turnarounds are conducted in accordance with Company procedures and Airline SLAs are met.
•Ensure proper reporting to responsible personnel about staff, safety issues, equipment defects/faults, and incidents/accidents within 24 hours.
•Enforce high discipline standards amongst the team members and lead by example.
•Ensure that Company Standard Operating Procedures and customer airline processes are adhered to.
•Complete turnaround report including detail of any delays or standard failings.
