Qualifications and skills
  • Degree holder in Finance or a related field with progression towards professional qualification such as ACCA, MBA, CPA,CFA etc.
  • 2 years’ related work experience.
  • Honest, reliable, trustworthy, confidential, accurate and attention to details.
  • Experience in financial planning and control.
  • Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Highly organized and excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good interpersonal competencies – able to effectively communicate and interact with third parties and colleagues.

  • Appraise the financial performance of the division, and provide financial performance insights and forecasting, with the aim of keeping the division on track to achieving their goals.
  • Participate dynamically in the business planning and budgeting processes. Set targets and ensure that divisional plans are in line with corporate goals.
  • Responsible for developing complex financial and Business Models, and ensuring effective communication on the performance to improve economic performance of the company.
  • Responsible for helping the business lines achieve their financial targets and improve their business.
  • Uphold all Financial KPI’s and Reports of the division.
  • Provide support and guidance to the business regarding costing of business opportunities/projects.
  • Drive best practice, and ensure compliance with corporate governance around expenditure control.
