  • IGCSE/ O’Level passes in English and Mathematics
  • At least 3 years’ satisfactory service as Cabin Groomer.
  • Customer service oriented

Summary
  • Accountable to identify and report safety and security-related occurrences and hazards in accordance with company procedures and local regulations.
  • Ensure Groomers are on time, immediately, once aircraft is on stand.
  • Verify that correct clock-in times are noted on timesheets.
  • Track and report cleaning timings to the manager.
  • Make sure that Groomers do their duties in a respectful and efficient manner.
  • Check and ensure that all cleaning standards meet the standard procedures and airline requirement.
  • Ensure cleaning material are approved, correctly used and signed off, well stocked and controlled.
  • Ensure the timely request for cleaning materials and equipment.
  • See to it that Groomers are at all times compliant with airline requirements.
  • Ensure that services are signed off by the airline representative.
  • Report any issue or incident that may result in delays or complaints on the airline, to the Manager.
  • Prepare all reports for the section (delay, incident).
