- IGCSE/ O’Level passes in English and Mathematics
- At least 3 years’ satisfactory service as Cabin Groomer.
- Customer service oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Proactive with a positive ‘can-do’ approach and a result-oriented stance
- Good report-writing skills
- Knowledgeable on SLA/ Agreements
- A team player
- Ability to work competently under pressure
- Possesses a pleasant disposition
- Able to work shift and extended hours beyond normal roster

Summary
- Accountable to identify and report safety and security-related occurrences and hazards in accordance with company procedures and local regulations.
- Ensure Groomers are on time, immediately, once aircraft is on stand.
- Verify that correct clock-in times are noted on timesheets.
- Track and report cleaning timings to the manager.
- Make sure that Groomers do their duties in a respectful and efficient manner.
- Check and ensure that all cleaning standards meet the standard procedures and airline requirement.
- Ensure cleaning material are approved, correctly used and signed off, well stocked and controlled.
- Ensure the timely request for cleaning materials and equipment.
- See to it that Groomers are at all times compliant with airline requirements.
- Ensure that services are signed off by the airline representative.
- Report any issue or incident that may result in delays or complaints on the airline, to the Manager.
- Prepare all reports for the section (delay, incident).
