Qualifications and skills
  • Secondary school certificate.
  • Customer Service oriented.
  • Attendance/Punctuality-consistent and on time. Ability to work shift and extended hours beyond normal roster.
  • Aviation, Ramp Safety, Aircraft interior cabin cleaning airline cabin cleaning specification trainings is as advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to read and understand instruction in English and French.
  • A team player with good organizational skills.
  • Proactive with a positive ‘can do’ approach and a result-oriented stance.
  • Priorities and plan work using time efficiently.
  • Honest, confidential and trustworthy.
  • Able to work competently and under pressure.

Summary
  • Cleaning to be completed within the standard allocated time as per Service Level Agreement.
  • Ensure all cleaning standards are met by checking all cleaning aspects as per standard procedures, and that correct cleaning procedures are followed according to the
  • airline requirements.
  • Report any issues, incident or actions to the Coordinator that can cause complaints/delays on the respective airline.
  • Dress aircraft as per airline requirements.
  • Washing or cleaning aircraft exterior using commercial cleaning products and equipment.
  • Perform deep cleaning of aircraft as and when required.
  • Remove all trash and dispose accordingly once cleaning is completed.
  • Perform housekeeping duties at Ground Operations department as and when required.
