Qualifications and skills
- IGCSE/O’ Level qualifications in English, Maths and ICT*.
- Degree in Information Systems or Technology*.
- Flysmart with Airbus Performance & W&B – Administrator Course.
- Flysmart with Airbus Performance for I-Pad-Gateway Administration.
- QPulse Administrator.
- 2 years’ work experience in a related/similar role*.
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of Airline/Aircraft Operations systems and processes.
- Knowledge of applicable EFB requirements and regulations.
- Good knowledge of Apple iPad & iOS.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- High degree of professional/personal flexibility.
- Experience in providing applications support to end users.
- Must have to right to live, work and travel across our expanding network, continually hold a valid passport, be fluent in spoken/written English, and ability to hold a Dublin Airport Airside ID.
- Being able to deliver to tight demanding timelines on multiple projects.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new and emerging technologies.

Summary
COMPLIANCE
- Abide to all references of quality and/or standards that are laid out in different areas of service provision that meet the safety, operational and commercial objectives of the airline.
- Authority to make day-to-day decision in relation to tasks that could have adverse safety and security impacts to the operations.
EFB ADMINISTRATION
- Responsible for ensuring that only a valid version of the application software and current data packages are installed on the EFB system.
- Responsible for establishing and updating an EFB Policy and Procedures Manual addressing EFB procedures, unauthorized changes, EFB security and integrity including system security, content security, access security, and protection against harmful software.
- Liaising with Subject Matter Experts of all the applications and datasets to ensure that EFB is always serviced with updated and accurate standards and datasets.
- Enhance the ongoing development of EFB system as a project manager.
